No Refunds
Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for this event. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. To arrange a transfer, please contact our customer service team at support@shiftszn.com.
Transfers are subject to availability and must be completed at least 30 days prior to the event.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the event, we will provide a full refund to all registered attendees. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible and provide instructions on obtaining your refund.
Special Circumstances
If a major unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending, please reach out to us at support@shiftszn.com. Although we generally do not offer refunds, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis. Any decision for partial or full refunds will be made by our team, as payments are used to cover venue and event costs upon ticket purchases.
Important Note
Please ensure that you are able to attend the event before purchasing a ticket. As funds from ticket sales are used to secure the venue and cover other event expenses, numerous refund requests can significantly impact our ability to host the event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
How to Request a Transfer
